Shipment, Fulfilment / Delivery Policy

Fullfilment...This is your unique ordered item being made especially for you.

Teez & Lidz are made here in the uk & as such if ordered in the uk ,Fulfilment & delivery is usually within 5 days

All other items unless stated (uk made) can take 2-7 days for order fulfilment 

Shipment....Once fulfilled the item will be shipped we allow for 5 business days depending on the delivery location in the world. Your regions customs laws can incur fees to which o.s garmz is not responsible for. They may also delay delivery on occasion. Tracking will inform of whereabouts. Please check your countries import laws.

Once Item is fulfilled & shipped it is delivered to the end address.

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility.(OS-GARMZ.COM fulfilment centre) When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to OS-GARMZ from our fulfilment centre . Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

It is important to use the  facility as the return address, (found on your shipping invoice)  If you do not you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address - If you the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

OS-GARMZ does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Wrong Size - 

Please be aware the supply of goods that are made to you the consumer are done so to your specifications & are clearly personalised to that specification per order. Please take extra care when inputting size & colour at checkout. Therefore returns will only be applicable if the product is damaged(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: If Worn or labels missing. Artwork, Towels,socks & underwear and jewellery.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

We may, without prior notice, change the services/products. Stop providing the services/products or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services/products. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will e replace the product. If we are unable to rreplace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
