I’ve found the Items I want but can’t select my size

 

Glad to hear you found something you like. If you can not select the size required from the drop down menu at checkout it will mean that the product is sadly not available in your size or is currently out of stock. We ask that you take care when choosing size & colour & read the item description carefully.We do apologise if we don't have it but pop back at a later date and it may be in stock.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

Any item once paid for is immediately sent for fulfilment ( which basically means they are being made in our central Europe facilities.) These can be tracked using your tracking  log.

Should you not receive the goods on your stated estimate delivery time g (+- 2days )when checking out or are having tracking issues . Please email osgarmz@btinternet.com.

Part of my order is missing

 

We would expect your order to arrive as one parcel. Should any items be missing it is important to us that you contact us immediately via email osgarmz@btinternet.com. We will contact our fulfilment centre where proof will be acquired in terms of number of items sent. For further info please see our Terms & Conditions tab.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

O.S-GARMZ.COM  Accept all major Debit & Credit cards as well as PayPal.

All rates of interest charges are applicable to individuals method of payment at time of purchase as laid out by their payment providers.

Can I track my order ?

 

Once your order is ready to go, it is passed from our fulfilment centre to the carrier. A shipping confirmation email will be sent containing a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of shipment.

Item is damaged

 

Every effort is taken for unparalleled quality and our fulfilment centre has a 3 step quality control process before shipping.

However, if a damaged or mislabelled item was accidentally let through or item became damaged in shipping, we take full responsibility providing all tags are in place and item is returned immediately a free replacement will be sent.

I ordered the wrong size

 

Wrongly ordered sizes will not be eligible for refunds. We make everything on demand and to your particular special order. As a result we can. not issue a refund for if items should it/they not fit due to size or is the wrong colour. Please take care to read the description of item carefully & take care at checkout input. We do hope that you understand.

Is it safe to order online?

 

Os-Garmz online store is hosted by WIX.

All WIX sites come with an SSL certificate, which has been activated. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, and encrypts our visitors information- this makes it essential for online stores , as it makes it safe to process payments.

Shipping - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

We pride ourselves on delivering personalized style straight to your doorstep. As all our items are made on demand to your exact requirements, we understand the anticipation of receiving your order. Based on our past orders, we estimate that fulfilment and delivery, barring any unforeseen issues, typically take between 4 to 6 days. However, please allow 2 to 7 days for your personalized order to be created, depending on the size of your order.

Once your order is ready, it will be swiftly dispatched for shipping, your countries main mail delivery system will then take over. In the Uk Royal Mail. While we aim for timely delivery, please note that shipments may occasionally experience delays beyond our control. T-shirts and caps generally arrive within 7 days, but unforeseen circumstances can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as shipping estimates are just that—an estimate, not a guarantee.

Shipping costs vary depending on the item, and for further support on your order, we kindly ask that you wait an additional few days for delivery. If you have not received your order within a reasonable timeframe, please feel free to reach out to us at osgarmz@btinternet.com, and our dedicated team will assist you promptly.

Attention to our valued UK residents: In light of Brexit, please note that any orders over £135 may incur customs fees. To avoid these charges, we recommend keeping each transaction below that amount. Rest assured, we will follow import procedures, and any notification of potential charges during tracked delivery is procedural only. As long as the total amount remains below £135.00, you can look forward to receiving your chosen items without any additional customs charges.

For our international customers, please be aware that worldwide shipping may take slightly longer, depending on your location. Additionally, there may be additional customs or handling charges in line with your region's procedures. Any such charges are to be met separately by you, the customer, and not by O.S Garmz. We advise researching your region's shipping protocols for international deliveries to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

What type of ink do you use?

 

DTG products (Direct to Garment)


For DTG products, we use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. These inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

Sublimation products
We use Mimaki Dye Sublimation Ink Sb411 and Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink for sublimation products. Both of these inks are Oeko-Tex™ certified. For some sublimation products, we also use MYSUBLI-E Sublimation Transfer Ink.

Phone cases
We use Mimaki UV Inkjet Ink Lus 120 ink for phone cases. This ink is GREENGUARD Gold certified, which means the ink meets the gold certification for building materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Posters
For posters, we use Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink. This ink is also GREENGUARD Gold certified.

Other non-apparel products
For mugs, we use Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink. For selected non-apparel products, stickers, and canvas, we use EPSON SC80610/80600 ink.
